六必居黄酱可以做炸酱面 热炸酱面做法原料：手擀面或挂面（用手擀面会更好吃）、五花肉、各种配菜、油、料酒、葱末、姜末、白糖、黄酱（如果买不到，可以用黄豆酱代替）、香油。
过程：1．把肉切成黄豆粒大小的丁。 2．油热放肉，变色后放葱、姜，炒出香味放干酱下锅。下锅时最好放点温水，但只须加一次水。 3．小火慢炒，有了香味时放点白糖，酱变成红黑色时，放葱末，加香油，料酒，翻炒均匀后马上起锅。 4．酱炸好后和配菜、面一起拌匀
二 凉炸酱面做法原料：面条、五花肉、配菜、植物油、料酒、葱丝、姜末、白糖、黄酱、香油。
过程：1．把肉切成碎丁，黄豆大小为宜。 2．取一油锅，倒入植物油，油八九成热后放入肉丁。 3．肉丁炒变色后，放葱丝、姜末，炒出香味。 4．然后放干酱下锅。 5．小火慢炒，有了酱香味时放入白糖。 6．酱炒成红黑色时，加香油，料酒，翻炒均匀后起锅。 7．另取一锅，把面条煮熟后捞出，过几遍凉水，把炸好得面酱和配菜、面条一起拌匀，食用即可。 8．需要特别指出得是，凉炸酱面夏天吃为宜，南方可四季食用。
干酱兑水、家香油搅匀，沾小萝卜、生菜、小葱吃。非常爽口，好吃！
