7200CR Dual Head Pick & Place Epoxy Die Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
This machine is currently missing the on/off switch, and some of the parts to the bond head, but these will all be replaced and repaired during refurbishment.
We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs.
It comes with a Microscope, as shown. Work holders can be quoted separately depending on customer requirements.
Consumables (tips, syringes, etc.) are not included.
We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is.
We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
