Comes with universal electric adapters but no power cord.  Unit does work with batteries.  I do have another one in equal condition if you are interested in both.  The box does not match the item but does fit the meter and probes.
Meters feature backlit display for easy viewing of results. Other features include waterproof IP67-rated seals, automatic buffer recognition, and time-and-date stamp. The user-activated calibration review shows last calculated slope, temperature, date, and mV readings. Store up to 199 points of data. Download data via unique RS-232 docking station (sold separately).
pH/conductivity meter includes:
pH electrode (59005-52), conductivity probe (19604-50), and batteries.
pH/conductivity/dissolved oxygen meter adds:
dissolved oxygen probe (53013-50).
