Thank you for checking out our item! We specialize in selling OEM parts that are brand new, surplus parts. Most of these parts have been purchased for our brick and mortar store that have just been sitting on the shelf and need a new home.
We pride ourselves in super fast shipping. Monday thru Friday is same day shipping, with cut off time at 3pm Central. If you order after Friday 3pm, your item will ship Monday morning. Depending on the part size and weight we use USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Unfortunately we cannot offer any special shipping services, including overnight / next day.
Please be sure you are ordering the correct part, there are many model look ups available online. If you need help, feel free to send us a message and we'll be glad to verify the most current manufacturer look ups. We will also help with basic diagnostics and recommendations to help you fix your product.

Return Policy:
PLEASE MESSAGE US FIRST BEFORE OPENING ANY RETURNS.
If you ordered the wrong part, we will accept a return on these conditions:
1. The part was not installed. This means it was NOT screwed in, clipped in, wires attached, stickers removed, box heavily damaged or sealed bag opened. It must be in brand new, uninstalled condition, exactly like you received it. Upon inspection, we will reject all parts showing signs of installation and send them back with no refund.
2. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts, plus the original shipping cost to you. This covers the time to inspect, repackage, relist, and restock the item. This also covers our original shipping cost that we provided with the part, as all our parts ship “free”. (Example: 0 part – 15% = . Shipping cost to you was .76. Your total refund will be .24) .
3. You are responsible to ship the item back to us at your own cost. We will not provide a label for your mistake.
4. Upon receiving the item back, we will inspect it and if it passes our requirements, we will issue your partial refund with in 48 hours.
If you ordered a part and it is defective, we will accept a return on these conditions:
1. All defective returns must include a model and serial number to your machine. This is the only way we can get credit for the item from the manufacturer. There are no exceptions to this rule.
2. The part actually has to be defective. Please let us know exactly what the problem is with the component. (Example: 120 volts to the J1 connector between Black and Blue and board does not power up). We will confirm the problem on our test bench. If the part is good, it will be sent back with no refund.
3. We will probably require you to ship the item back so we can get credit from the manufacturer. In that case we will send a prepaid shipping label. In rare cases. we may not need the part back, but will need documentation and pictures.
4. Upon receiving the item back, we will inspect it and if it passes our requirements we will issue your refund with in 48 hours.
5. Abusing the defective return policy with false claims will be reported to eBay, we will contest the return and all future purchases will be blocked.
