    Spare PowerRibbon (Ribbon) Bond Head Assembly - Complete
    for use with Heavy Wire Wedge Bonder (M360C series)
    Bond head is complete with "OK to SHIP" sticker dated from 2016 from Orthodyne in Southern California. The head shows no signs of usage and the rack it was pulled from shows that it's a complete replacement head for supporting customers.
    The head was scrapped due to K&S stopping support of legacy machines such as the Orthodyne M360 bonders.
    DOES NOT INCLUDE LIGHTING ASSEMBLY.
    The PowerRibbon feature on M360 series bonders requires special dereeler and other add-ons that are not included in this offer - this offer of a spare bondhead is intended for customers who already have M360 wire bonders set up for ribbon bonding and need a spare bond head.
