Playskool Vintage Familiar Places Holiday Inn Playset - #480 – Cleaned!

Description

I am selling a Playskool Familiar Places Holiday Inn in very good condition.
This playset was made in 1974-75. This playset was designed to resemble the Holiday Inns of the time.
The building includes a lobby, a restaurant and two motel rooms complete with baths.
There is even a dog kennel.
The original playset came with many accessories. All but three of them are here including the very hard to find dog and the linen cart.
The only things missing are the play mat board and 2 flags that went on the roof.
I reproduced the six signs for the Holiday Inn billboard on my computer using the same sayings that were used in the original set.
A side note – this playset works great with the vintage Fisher Price Little People playsets.
My grandson combined all the sets and had a great time with all of them.

This playset is in very-good, clean, unbroken condition.
I gave the entire playset a good cleaning.
Everything works.
The original inside decals on the floors and the walls are in very good condition with a few blemishes and some creases on the floor decals.
The clear front doors in the lobby and restaurant move as designed.
Toilet seats are attached and go up and down.
Room doors open and close.
The accessories are all in very good condition. The Holiday Inn sign has some paint loss on one side.
Overall, this playset is a very good example of this toy and it has many fun years of play still in it.
I realize that shipping for big boxes can get expensive.
