This is a genuine Vernet EL 0862 thermostatic element for a thermostatic cartridge. This model is used on many different brands of thermostatic cartridge and is a screw in fit.
This wax element is the heart of a thermostatic cartridge and regulates the temperature of the hot and cold entering the thermostatic cartridge. The Vernet thermostatic elements are incredibly reliable and are not usually the first part to fail in a thermostatic cartridge.

If you are replacing a thermostatic element and you believe this is the correct replacement you need, read the numbers on the cup of the thermostat. The numbers should include 0862. If they do, this is the correct thermostatic element replacement.
Returns and Exchanges
All items supplied by Di Vapor are sold as brand new items unless otherwise stated. Any items that arrive faulty must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours. Any item deemed as faulty can be returned to us for an exchange, stock depended.
If a direct replacement is not available, an alternative will be offered. If we cannot fulfill your order with a replacement item, a full refund will be issued. All faulty items must to be returned to us complete with all original packaging along with a copy of your original invoice. All returns must be authorised by a member of the Di Vapor team before being returned.
Di Vapor operates a standard 7 day return policy for a refund. If the item is being returned for any reason other than misinformation in the original listing, you will be responsible for covering the returns costs. Once the item is received back, you will be refunded the item amount less postage.
