VIntage 4 inch GERMANY bisque BABY doll loosely, jointed w/bottle marked on back

Vintage (or repro of vintage??) 4- inch jointed bisque infant baby with open mouth and bottle in left hand which fits into mouth. Baby’s face is reminiscent of the Bye lo babies/Armand Marseille  and/or just shows its German design. Marked “Germany” and “ 9 ½?” and letters/nos. above this on upper back too which are indecipherable to me.
Condition:
Limbs need to be tightened-you can clearly see them dangling out of sockets. Grime on side of head-light grime elsewhere-have not tried to clean. Looks vintage BUT could be a repro from a vintage mold or??? No unpleasant odors or smell of smoke, nonsmoking home.
