Recently Purchased a group of items from a local woman, her father owned an educational toy store in the 1970s, he closed the business and this is from that inventory
This Auction is for a Vintage, I dont think these were played with and if so very Little has 33 of the 38 pieces only issue on this is one of the flag pole holes on the top of the building has a piece of the flag pole stuck in it so you cant put the flag in until that little piece comes out, other than that this thing is very clean and nice I have 2 of these from this store, I will list the 2nd another time
any type of cancellation after payment is made will be charged a 30% restocking fee
the actual weight of this item, shipped to your zip code,  generated by the shipping company I am using, shipping can not be too high as the bidder should take the shipping into consideration when bidding, if your willing to pay 50.00 for something and shipping is 15.00 then you only bid up to 35.00 if shipping is 5.00 then you can bid up to 45.00, if shipping is 50.00 you just don't do it, pretty simple.  not everyone needs this tutorial but believe it or not a lot of people do, so I include this wisdom free of charge
